Recent Projects

In 2019 I began providing freelance/consulting services full-time. Below are some examples of recent projects. I am happy to provide more detailed information and references upon request.

Virtual Event Producer

  • Serve as a virtual event producer for events using the GoTo Platforms (GoToWebinar, GoToMeeting, GoToTraining). Support includes content development, speaker training, technical assistance, accessibility recommendations, moderator/voice-over needs and editing. Produced over 200+ virtual events in the past year.

  • Familiar with Zoom and various other platforms as well.

Editing/Video Services

  • Provide video editing services for recorded events. Edited recordings are then distributed as enduring materials.

  • Provide review and edits of marketing materials and other event collateral before publishing.

  • In depth review of website material for edits and recommended revisions.

  • Develop promotional videos to market new products and program offerings.

Program Management

  • Support the management of the online in-person, and virtual events. This includes committee management, email communication, budgeting, AV plans, registration and more.

  • Support maintenance of monthly podcast series.

  • Provide recommendations of new initiatives and processes to streamline programs as well as reach new audiences.

  • Work with various vendors to ensure programs run smoothly whether virtual, in-person or hybrid.

Website Management

  • Support small/new businesses who need assistance with strategic planning and marketing efforts.

  • Develop new or initial websites for clients that enables them to easily manage, update and communicate with customers.

  • Typically utilize GoogleSites and Wordpress for website needs.

CME Compliance

  • Manage the required data collection between various departments to develop annual ACCME PARS report.

  • Submit financials and PARS data by yearly submission deadline.

  • Consult on various ways to remain compliant while creating unique avenues to gather industry support for CME activities.

  • Ensure CME activities are compliant and meet requirements for various boards (ACCME, ABR, ARRT, etc)
